Inventory Manager (Telecom)

• Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy across the venue.
• Oversee receiving, storage, distribution, and tracking of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate logistics requirements for events, conferences, exhibitions, and daily venue operations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain warehouse organization, storage optimization, and material handling processes.
• Support event teams by ensuring all required equipment and supplies are available on schedule.
• Monitor inventory usage, identify shortages or excess stock, and recommend replenishment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and inventory control procedures.
• Prepare inventory and logistics reports and drive process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Experience in large venues, convention centers, stadiums, hospitality, or event operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
