Job description
As a Clinical Applications Associate, youâll be crucial in upholding the quality of the information on our systems. Your primary responsibility will be to cross-reference key patient and customer data to ensure our systems are correct, and youâll respond to clients on an ongoing basis to keep them informed. Youâll report directly to one of our key team members, who has significant experience building out our reporting and client service functions.
As a scale-up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Here are some of the types of things you could be getting involved in:
- Ensure diagnostic imaging and reports match the scheduled appointments in our database and records
- Focus on the quality of our information, holding a 100% accuracy bar on everything we send out
- Collaborate with other departments to manage requests, giving clear, concise written updates
- Update clients on the status of their patient records, primarily via email with occasional phone contact
- Communicate with Radiology groups via email to elevate a report to STAT priority or answer questions about appointment details
- Troubleshoot and triage technical issues, routing them to the right team for resolution
- Respond ad hoc to key client enquiries
- Work with sensitive data in line with HIPAA requirements

- Actively invest in your own development through the professional growth opportunities available to you, You lead with subject matter expertise, but youâre comfortable using AI for things like admin, documentation, or research so you can spend more time with patients-and you know where AI stops and human judgment has to take over.
- Your craft comes first; AI supports it. Youâre curious, not resistant, and open to tools that cut admin so you spend more time on patients.
- You can hold a sensible conversation about where AI helps your function and where human judgment is non-negotiable.
One assessment principle across all tiers: weâre testing judgment and adaptability, not whether youâve memorized todayâs tools. Tools change quarterly; the ability to learn and apply them is what compounds., We try to keep our interview process short and will move through the stages quickly. Due to availability, the order may change, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect:
-
Introductory call/interview with our Senior Talent Partner. The call is usually via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.
-
Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to our office for an in-person interview and a very short task to test your attention to detail. Youâll also be assessed on your AI fluency at the tier above.
