Job description

This role is for a Security Engineer, who will support the team by:

  • Review and/or update System Characterization Documents, Sestm Security Plans, Privacy Threshold Assessments, System AuthorizationBriefings and other security related documents in support of the Information Security Continuopus Monitoring process;
  • Manage the working list of approved software applications and work with the ESP and IESP SLE to update the Technology Product Roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years experience. Equivalency substitutions to be reviewed for client approval:
  • Master’s degree and 9 years experience
  • Associate’s degree and 14 years experience
  • Ability to travel to meetings at FAA or vendor facilities around the U.S if required by the role.
  • Experience supporting federal government programs within the FAA.
  • U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident with a minimum of three (3) years of U.S. residency.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and/or in collaborative team environments to complete assigned tasks within expected schedule to complete
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple systems, priorities, and compliance activities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and review formal security documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Benefits & conditions

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it’s just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

Posted Salary Range

USD $95,500.00 - USD $149,200.00 /Yr.
