The Solutions Program Senior Manager for the Infrastructure Solutions business unit will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business on a regional scale, with a specific focus large projects / AI Factories. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to increase market share and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar environment., * Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in global markets, with a particular emphasis on Neocloud, COLO and Hyperscale customers (AI Ecosystem)
- Strategic customer engagement: Collaborate directly with strategic customers, influencing their design decisions and securing Vertivâs products as the basis of design.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape in the AI Ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, solution architects and product development, marketing et to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Thought leadership: Represent Vertiv at industry events, conferences, and trade publications to showcase technical expertise and disseminate reference designs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue Growth: Achieve a minimum of 15% year-over-year revenue growth in global markets.
- Market Share: Increase market share by 10% within the first year.
- New Business Acquisition: Secure at least 5 new major clients or partnerships annually, with a focus on hyperscale customers.
- Sales Pipeline: Generate sales leads / develop sales pipeline with a minimum of $500 million in potential deals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Successfully execute at least 3 major cross-functional projects per year.
- Client Satisfaction: Achieve a client satisfaction score of 85% or higher in annual surveys.
- Travel and Engagement: Events/ conferences, customer visits to engage with key stakeholders and clients / metrics TBC.
Desired Outcomes:
* Design Specification: Achieve customer design specifications that favor Vertiv products and solutions (AI Factories OneCore platform). * Market Share: Gain measurable market and sales share with target strategic customers / lead generation. * Innovation: Contribute to developing new solutions and thought leadership based on customer and market needs.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree in Engineering, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, with a focus on global markets.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Demonstrable success in influencing large-scale architecture decisions and establishing a âbasis-of-designâ with strategic or global accounts.
- Deep understanding of data center power, thermal, and whitespace architectures.
- Proven ability to translate technical strategies into revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence senior leadership across sales, product development, and engineering
- Established presence in industry forums or standards bodies
- Preferred:
- Experience in the technology or infrastructure solutions industry.
- Knowledge of multiple languages and cultural awareness.

Benefits & conditions
The overall anticipated total compensation package for this role is between $207,000 to $284,320 per year, inclusive of base salary and eligibility for a monthly sales incentive plan. Since monthly incentive compensation is variable, performance-based, and not guaranteed, the estimated base salary range for this role in the State of CA is between $165,376 to $227,455 per year; salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to receive and/or participate in profit sharing, allowances, travel and/or car expenses, and earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization depending on the terms of the employeeâs role and individual offer details. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process.
