Jr. Support Technician In Person - Mon - Fri ~5:30am-2:00pm

This position provides essential services through two main responsibilities: reviewing transactions and annotating data. Some other duties can involve fielding support requests or helping prepare for deployments.

To do these tasks well, you will need to be patient, careful, detailed, and sometimes slow, even when you feel pressure to be quick. Speed will come with time but accuracy is of first importance. Our professional staff will train you to use our proprietary software to perform these tasks.

As needed, and based on aptitude, you may also be called upon to work with the IT Support Technicians to build prototype or production hardware or software solutions.
