Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior IT Project Manager to join our Management Information Systems (MIS) team. This role will play a critical part in overseeing enterprise technology programs, strategic projects, M&A integration activities, and executive Steering Committees, with an initial focus on the technology integration and provide program management oversight of the G-III technology portfolio. The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional who can balance tactical execution with strategic planning while driving complex global initiatives that align with company objectives and deliver measurable business value., * Lead multiple concurrent enterprise technology programs and projects while ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational priorities.

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and project closeout.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and systems integrators to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOX controls, SDLC standards, IT governance policies, and enterprise technology procedures.
  • Manage enterprise project budgets, financial reporting, and ongoing run rates while proactively identifying and escalating financial concerns.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, decision logs, financial reporting, and executive dashboards.
  • Deliver clear and effective project communications tailored to executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Lead project issue resolution involving scope, timelines, resourcing, business functionality, technical challenges, and project risks.
  • Coordinate project priorities across business and technology teams to ensure alignment with enterprise deliverables.
  • Support and enhance Project Management methodologies while recommending best practices to improve governance, consistency, and delivery across the PMO.
  • Mentor project teams and promote consistent use of enterprise project management standards, documentation, and processes.
  • Lead enterprise technology initiatives spanning SaaS applications, infrastructure, cloud migration, cybersecurity, digital commerce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, OMS, PIM, DAM, APIs, ERP, POS, WMS, and related enterprise platforms.
  • Manage strategic technology vendors, contract transitions, Statements of Work (SOWs), and multi-vendor delivery teams.
  • Incorporate organizational change management, business readiness, knowledge transfer, cutover planning, adoption strategies, and hypercare into enterprise technology implementations.
  • Lead technology integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, including TSA transitions, Day One readiness, operational separation, data migration, onboarding, stabilization, and vendor transitions.
  • Support Centers of Excellence and executive Steering Committees by providing portfolio reporting, financial updates, risk assessments, dependency management, executive decision support, and forward-looking technology roadmaps.
  • Own and maintain our technology portfolio, balancing integration initiatives, operational priorities, resource constraints, and business demand following transition into the G-III technology ecosystem.

Requirements

  • A strategic project management professional with experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives.

  • A proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and develops practical, scalable solutions.
  • A strong communicator who can translate complex technical initiatives into meaningful business outcomes.
  • A highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of PMO, program, or project management experience leading complex enterprise-level global technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of apparel industry business processes, including wholesale, retail, omnichannel commerce, supply chain, and order-to-cash operations.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing concurrent enterprise initiatives across multi-brand, multi-platform, and multi-region organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing ERP, OMS, digital commerce, cloud migration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and M&A integration programs.
  • Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), MuleSoft, Shopify, OMS, PIM, DAM, payment platforms, customer identity platforms, APIs, middleware, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, SDLC, SOX governance, PCI compliance, and enterprise IT best practices.
  • Experience developing process flows, integration diagrams, and technical documentation using Visio or similar tools.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and related project management platforms.
  • Experience managing capital project budgets and executive portfolio reporting.
  • Experience utilizing AI-enabled project management and productivity tools to improve planning, documentation, reporting, meeting management, and risk identification.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as business needs require.

The pay range for this position is: $95,000 - $150,000 per year.
