Supports the National Defense Medical System (NDMS) goals and objective through planning, coordination, and implementation of operational and program functions.
-
Serves as a resource to the NDMS team and the stakeholders to enhance and optimize the implementation of the NDMS pilot project.

Provides project management support which includes quarterly progress reports and the development of the evaluation plan.
-
Aligns with the mission and values of The Queen’s Health Systems (QHS) and is highly motivated to advance the organization through NDMS.
Requirements
A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
-
Bachelor’s degree required., * Prior experience with project coordination with the ability to manage, problem solve and multi-task and deliver projects on time.
-
Experience to demonstrate:
o Ability to work collaboratively with a broad spectrum of people to lead and implement process and operational changes.
o Skill and ability to communicate effectively with physicians, administration, management, and staff.
o Advanced application skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Effective meeting, presentation, and facilitation skills.
