Oracle HCM Core Architect

We have an immediate need for an Oracle HCM Core Architect with strong expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.

This is a hybrid position based in Jersey City, NJ for a candidate with deep experience in Oracle HCM Core, Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Work Structures, Job Functions, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Oracle HCM security architecture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of defining and redesigning security models, analyzing access requirements, establishing role-based security, aligning security across multiple HCM functions, and advising stakeholders on enterprise security strategies.

No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
