IT Support Technician L2 - Contract - Onsite

Insitu has an immediate need for a Level 2 Support Technician for a 12 month contract. This role will be 100% onsite in Bingen, WA. This role provides IT support for clients, find fixes, workarounds and final solutions by troubleshooting issues while providing exemplary customer service. Must be technically capable and a self-starter with strong organizational and customer service skills., * Install and configure computers, peripheral equipment, and software

• Respond to tickets in accordance with established guidelines
• Record, track, and document the help desk request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution
• Respond in timely manner to requests and issues
• Repair and replace equipment as needed
• Provide onsite and remote support to end users
• Elevates and coordinates out of scope technical issues
• Assist in AV setups as needed for meetings
• Assist new hire training for basic IT needs. Set up new workstations for users (deploying equipment, checking over account setups) *

• Experience using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook

• Ability to lift 35 lbs., * 1 years of related experience or an Associate degree in a related discipline.
• Previous experience with Insitu systems.

Must be open to working on a contract basis.
