Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, visualization tools, and analytical techniques to help optimize business operations and strategies. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and improve overall data quality and accessibility., * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.

  • Perform data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, and other programming languages to extract, manipulate, and interpret large datasets.
  • Design and implement ETL processes using Talend, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and other tools to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for analytics solutions.
  • Support database design, management, and optimization within Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Assist in project management activities following SDLC methodologies within Agile environments.
  • Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and documentation of data sources.
  • Contribute to the development of linked data initiatives to enhance data connectivity across systems.
  • Create detailed documentation using Visio or similar tools for system architecture and process workflows.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Data visualization software proficiency?, * Proven experience with data analysis skills including SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes.

  • Strong proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
  • Knowledge of database design principles and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and Agile project management practices.
  • Experience with business analysis to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Skills in project management related to analytics projects are preferred.
  • Ability to work with large datasets using tools like Talend, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and linked data concepts.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills with attention to detail in data validation and reporting tasks.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings effectively.
