Job description

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using advanced tools such as SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other BI platforms to communicate insights effectively.
  • Collaborate within Agile teams to manage project timelines and deliverables aligned with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and data solutions that support strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain database structures, including database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Utilize scripting languages like VBA and Bash (Unix shell) for automation tasks to streamline data workflows.
  • Engage in cross-functional communication with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clarity of requirements and successful project delivery.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Semantic Web?, * Proven experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and ETL tools such as Talend or similar platforms.

  • Solid understanding of database design principles and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present complex data clearly.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of SDLC processes for developing reliable analytics solutions from conception through deployment.
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Experience working with linked data sources and integrating diverse datasets for comprehensive analysis.
  • Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Additional nice-to-have skills include VBA scripting, Bash shell scripting, Visio for process mapping, Business Analysis certifications, and familiarity with analytics tools like Oracle or Visio.
