Top Secret Linux Systems Administrator

Insight Global is seeking a Top Secret Linux Systems Administrator to join a growing team, hybrid in Dahlgren, VA. This candidate must have an active Top Secret Clearance, an active IAT Level II certification, and 4-6+ years of hands-on Linux systems administration experience. This individual will be responsible for administering Linux servers and workstations, supporting end users, and maintaining systems across classified environments. More responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing software installations and licensing, administering user accounts and permissions, performing system backups and recovery, and maintaining HP and Dell hardware. This person will work with other technical teams to ensure reliable system performance in a fast-paced environment. The pay for this role ranges from $47-$57/hour, based on experience.

• Active Top Secret Clearance and active IAT Level II Certification

• 4-6+ years of Linux Systems Administration experience (Linux servers and workstations)

• Experience troubleshooting systems and supporting end users

• Experience with HP and Dell hardware

• Experience with application installation, license management, software distribution/tracking, and backup/recovery of system configurations and user data

• Experience managing user accounts, access requests, and permissions
