SAP S/4HANA FICA Testing Lead

Kforce has a client in Plantation, FL that is seeking a SAP S/4HANA FICA Testing Lead who will possess SAP S/4HANA and FICA knowledge, with experience supporting end-to-end business processes, system enhancements, and testing initiatives within complex enterprise environments.

• Degree preferred
• Skilled in leading System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Validation activities while partnering with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Able to analyze system impacts, validate FICA-related processes, identify risks, manage defects, and drive issue resolution
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, project coordination, and data validation skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
