Job description

About the Role Join a rapidly growing energy technology leader as a Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will act as the primary architect of internal and customer-facing dashboarding systems, bridging applied analytics and cross-functional reporting to turn platform data into actionable business insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile The best candidates for this role come from hands-on product analytics, SaaS platform reporting, or customer-facing data visualization backgrounds-analysts who excel at building tangible BI deliverables and dashboards rather than focusing strictly on pure research or complex modeling.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, product analytics, or applied data science.
  • SQL Proficiency: Strong experience with SQL for data querying, joining, and preparation across disparate datasets.
  • BI & Visualization: Hands-on experience with tools like Sigma, AWS Quick Suite, Tableau, or Looker (Sigma is a major plus).
  • Data Integration: Ability to integrate and map data across Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and internal platform pipelines.
  • Applied Analytics: Familiarity with statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and predictive modeling to surface forward-looking insights.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex datasets into clear data stories for non-technical leadership and customer-facing stakeholders., * Experience: 2-4 years in business intelligence, data analytics, product analytics, or applied data science.
