Business Development Associate - Information Technology

• Cold calling to new business and/or consumer prospects needing IT Services and Solutions

• Email, web, social media campaigns to new business and/or consumer prospects

• Preparing marketing and sales strategies alongside our marketing and sales managers

• Assisting in the daily growth and development of our company

• Assisting with efforts of new business acquisition

• Expertly managing the needs of external customers

• Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills through different forms of communication and be able to follow up accordingly

• Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability

• Must carry leadership attributes to form leadership ability

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required

• Ability to potentially learn new software systems (SharePoint, Salesforce, Etc.)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required

• Ability to work independent and as part of a team
