Data Analyst/ Administrator

• General Support
• Run reports from a variety of tools or systems and review data inputs/outputs for completeness and correctness.
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying (Supplies tracking, ordering, and stocking).
• Meet established deadlines and deliver requested information in a timely manner.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Maintain a variety of general administrative reports and databases including fleet, phone lists, storm rosters, occupancy and PPE assignment. meetings and manage employee calendars & availability.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operational procedures.
• Experience with MS Excel, Power BI, Quick Base and SharePoint.
• Required knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
• Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
• Familiarity with utility or engineering is a must.
• High energy level with ability to work in fast paced, ambiguous environment.
