IT Support

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to business clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, application, and email-related issues
• Configure, deploy, and support Windows workstations and related hardware
• Perform user onboarding and offboarding tasks
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including MFA deployment, and endpoint security

• Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
• Active Directory administration
• Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and license management
• TCP/IP networking fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting
• Microsoft Office applications
• Help Desk and end-user support experience
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, * 2+ years of IT support experience
• Experience with RMM and remote support platforms
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or related certifications, We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and passionate about technology.
