IT Systems Support Analyst

Under minimum supervision of an Information Technology Manager, provides advanced Information Systems (IS) integration, administration, optimization and support on all phases of computer systems and applications across various platforms for business and technical engineering systems in a complex computing environment. Plays a lead technical role in projects and/or technology initiatives through all phases of systems development including: planning/design, development, implementation and operation for complex computer projects. Makes complex decisions. Assists and trains users in extraction and usage of system data. Responsible for liaison activities between assigned departments, management, vendors and ITS staff. Supports a diverse, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related field and three (3) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions., A combination of education and experience equivalent to seven (7) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions.
