- Assist in all phases of the configuration of WWAN products.
- SIM routers and gateways
- Perform firmware updates
- Provision routers and gateways
- Provide troubleshooting for configuring WWAN routers and gateways.
- Monitor ticket system and remote assets
- Interact with customers (internal and external) and vendors via phone and email correspondence
- Provide customer service
- Provide technical support
- Create and triage Cases/RMAs
- Assist in other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Skill sets include customer service, time management, computer skills, and good interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, high level of technical aptitude, being highly motivated, professional, courteous and dependable.
