Job description

  • Assist in all phases of the configuration of WWAN products.
  • SIM routers and gateways
  • Perform firmware updates
  • Provision routers and gateways
  • Provide troubleshooting for configuring WWAN routers and gateways.
  • Monitor ticket system and remote assets
  • Interact with customers (internal and external) and vendors via phone and email correspondence
  • Provide customer service
  • Provide technical support
  • Create and triage Cases/RMAs
  • Assist in other departments as needed.

  • Skill sets include customer service, time management, computer skills, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, high level of technical aptitude, being highly motivated, professional, courteous and dependable.
