GoLang TechLead

We are seeking an experienced Golang Backend Lead responsible for driving the design and development of high-performance, scalable backend systems using Golang. This role requires a strong leader who can guide engineering teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams., * Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services and APIs using Golang.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Stay updated with the Golang ecosystem and apply improvements where needed.

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Strong knowledge of architecting scalable, maintainable, and high-performing microservices solutions.
• Experience in guiding and mentoring engineering teams, promoting best practices, and ensuring code quality.
• Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Prior work experience at client or in client’s Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
