If you love untangling puzzles, collaborating with curious teammates, and seeing your insights directly shape our day-to-day decisions, we want to meet you., * Assist in logistics support activities centered on data quality support and enterprise data management relative to the Army’s ERP systems, specifically GCSS-Army, LMP, GFEBS, and AESIP.
- Assist in defining technical solutions to support identified metrics, as well as monitoring Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data quality and availability using metrics and audits.
- Enforce the business processes implemented for the organization’s enterprise data management and data integration.
- Perform technical analysis by assessing the areas of impact of data issues from all levels of the enterprise.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative techniques in analyzing and measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the data that will be used in support of business processes.
- Assist in maintaining and sustaining migration efforts and management of future migration requirements.
- Prepare functional specification documents and user guides for reference of the end users.
- Develop briefings and reports as requested by the customer.
- Maintain an awareness of trends that may either positively or negatively affect the customer.
- Follow policies, procedures and controls to ensure the proper creation, validation, storage, integration, quality, timeliness, and backup and recovery of metadata.
- Perform business and technical presentations in relation to metadata and solutions addressing business problems.
Requirements
- Master’s degree and at least 2 years of Business Analyst experience
- Or a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 4 years of Business Analyst experience
- Or an Associates degree, and at least 6 years of Business Analyst experience
- Or a High school diploma/GED, and at least 8 years of Business Analyst experience
- Background in Army logistics
- Understanding and awareness of ERP interfaces and dependencies
- Knowledge and understanding of the Logistics Enterprise transformation into an ERP-dominated environment
- Experience querying and analyzing data from various sources using tools (such as SQL, Python, PySpark, Vantage, etc.) to process large datasets in a distributed cluster
- A range of technical knowledge, including application development, project management, scheduling, etc.
- Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance., * Experience with Vantage and/or Collibra
- Communication and presentation skills to perform stakeholder management, resolution management, and facilitate Working Groups and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Ability to articulate objectives of enterprise data quality management
- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment managing multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to participate in implementing innovative ideas, projects and business solutions
Benefits & conditions
$57,000 - $71,427.20

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
