Microsoft Windows Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing DevOps Desktop Environments Performance Tuning Scripting Microsoft InTune Deployment Automation

Engineer and deploy Windows 365 (Cloud PC) environments from the ground up
Lead or support migration of users from existing desktop environments into Windows 365
Tune and harden Windows OS configurations for both security and performance
Approach deployment and configuration with automation and infrastructure-as-code principles where possible, rather than manual, click-through administration
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the deployment and migration process
Work directly in deployment tools and consoles (Intune, Endpoint Manager, Azure/W365 admin center) to execute configuration and rollout personally, not just direct others
Partner with internal security and infrastructure teams to ensure deployments align with enterprise security standards
Document configurations, migration steps, and lessons learned for future reference

Proven, hands-on experience engineering and deploying Windows 365 (Cloud PC) environments
Direct experience migrating users from traditional desktop or VDI environments into W365
Strong background tuning Windows OS for both security hardening and performance optimization
DevOps mindset with experience in scripting, automation, and repeatable deployment processes, not reliant on manual console based administration
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Azure/M365 administration
Track record of delivering technical projects independently and on schedule
High sense of ownership and responsibility, comfortable being the go-to technical resource on this initiative
Detail oriented, with strong documentation and troubleshooting habits
Ability to start immediately and move quickly with minimal onboarding time
