Job description

Job Summary: The Gen AI Project Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of generative AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, custom AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions. The role combines strong technical expertise in Python and AI-centric technologies with project leadership, solution architecture, data pipeline management, automation, and enterprise AI integration. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of generative AI solutions using Python and AI-centric libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers. Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using external knowledge sources, including document chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval systems. Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution using LLMs and multimodal models. Implement and optimize complex

algorithms supporting generative AI model development and performance. Manage data pipelines involving data preprocessing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation to improve model training and performance. Establish robust data handling practices, including dataset cleaning, labeling, structuring, and preparation for generative AI workflows. Design advanced Microsoft Copilot Studio Agent Builder capabilities, including custom plugin development, adaptive orchestration, contextual memory management, dynamic prompt engineering, and secure data handling. Build multi-turn agents capable of adapting and chaining AI skills and APIs to support complex business processes. Configure and manage message, data, scheduled, and webhook triggers for AI-powered workflows. Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and tasks. Create logical, scalable flows for complex business processes. Integrate enterprise applications and services using Copilot’s built-in connectors. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements, establish priorities, and deliver scalable AI solutions. Ensure AI solutions are designed with appropriate security, data handling, scalability, and operational considerations.
