Job description

Administer, maintain, and support Deltek Costpoint ERP, Time & Expense, Cognos, and Cobra environments.
Provide L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Costpoint applications.
Support ETL processes, integrations, APIs, and data migrations.
Manage SSO, SSL certificates, application security, and infrastructure support while working with business users and vendors.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Deltek Costpoint Administration experience.
Strong experience supporting Government Contracting / Defense Industry Costpoint implementations.
Hands-on experience with:
Deltek Costpoint ERP
Deltek Time & Expense
Cobra
Cognos Reporting
Strong experience with:
Microsoft SQL Server
SSMS
SSIS
ETL Development
Costpoint Integrations & APIs
Experience with L2/L3 Production Support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Knowledge of SAML SSO, SSL Certificates, and Application Security.
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
Familiarity with Azure, ServiceNow, VMware, Nutanix, and Hyper-V.
