Job description

Replacing faulty or damaged Equipment Components, such as hard drives, power supplies, or network cards

Requirements

Knowledge in Performing basic troubleshooting steps such as power cycling Devices or checking physical connections;
Experience in Performing physical maintenance tasks such as rack and stack operations, Equipment label
Handling the installation, replacement or removal of Equipment Components, including servers, switches, routers, security and other network Devices.
Strong communication skills inlcuding customer communciation
Experience in Performing on-site troubleshooting tasks, such as verifying power and network Connectivity, checking indicator lights or physically inspecting Devices
