Many of our engagements center on large-scale ERP transformations, still the backbone of our business, alongside a growing number of AI-enabled and digital initiatives. We’re looking for an experienced change professional who can independently own a change workstream, from strategy through execution., * have several years of experience independently leading change workstreams within complex transformation programs, from strategy through execution;

• have proven experience with large-scale ERP transformations (SAP or similar platforms);
• can confidently engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership;
• have strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity;
• are familiar with change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent;

• are fluent in English and Dutch or French.French or Dutch. Bonus points if you:

• have experience in organizational design or transformation governance;
• have worked in international transformation programs;
• have experience driving adoption of AI-enabled tools and ways of working., Are you passionate about technology and finance?
