Job description

  • Je verzorgt 1e- en 2e-lijn support, inclusief installatie, configuratie en onboarding/offboarding van gebruikers, en volgt tickets op in Jira.
  • Je ondersteunt IT-projecten, security monitoring en de uitrol van Windows 11.
  • Je documenteert issues nauwkeurig en draagt bij aan efficiëntere en veiligere IT-processen.

Requirements

  • Je hebt een IT-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring, minstens 2-3 jaar ervaring in 1e/2e-lijn support en interesse in IT-security.
  • Je bent proactief, zelfstandig, communicatief en blijft kalm onder druk.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband in een hybride omgeving met Intune en Entra ID en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
