Job description

  • Setting up cable connections (straight-through, crossover, console)
  • Enabling remote access to terminal software via console connection
  • Receiving, transporting, and handling communication equipment
  • Installing and configuring IP phones (with remote support)
  • Performing rack and stack services on-site
  • Create reports which may require pictures from the work area. Reports may be in the client template or created on the internal company platform.

Requirements

  • Must have no criminal record
  • Ability to travel to specified locations
  • Independent, dependable, and detail-oriented
