Job description
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in cross-border project delivery. Youâll be responsible for managing full lifecycle projects - particularly integration and digital transformation - while keeping a sharp focus on scope, schedule, budget, and strategic alignment. Expect to work across functions, geographies, and cultures, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum wherever you go., * Manage mid-to-large IT and business change projects end-to-end
- Define and align scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Apply standardized PMO methodologies, templates, and quality checks
- Handle execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure strategic alignment using OKRs and value-driven delivery
- Contribute to building a global, standardized IT project portfolio
- Maintain PMO governance and support continuous improvement
- Participate in demand planning and resource allocation
- Support IT onboarding for acquisitions and integration projects
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors and internal stakeholders
- Share best practices through internal knowledge-sharing forums
Requirements

- Familiarity with project portfolio tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar)
Education, Experience & Technical Requirements
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ yearsâ experience in IT project delivery, ideally across multiple countries or regions
- Strong knowledge of structured IT change methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.)
- Familiarity with integration programs (especially M&A-related) and enterprise-level IT transformations is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud products, including Azure, Entra ID, M365, and Intune
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft on-premises technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, SharePoint, Exchange, and ADFS
- Understanding of networking and infrastructure
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
