Project Manager - Infrastructure

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in cross-border project delivery. You’ll be responsible for managing full lifecycle projects - particularly integration and digital transformation - while keeping a sharp focus on scope, schedule, budget, and strategic alignment. Expect to work across functions, geographies, and cultures, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum wherever you go., * Manage mid-to-large IT and business change projects end-to-end

• Define and align scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Apply standardized PMO methodologies, templates, and quality checks
• Handle execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure strategic alignment using OKRs and value-driven delivery
• Contribute to building a global, standardized IT project portfolio
• Maintain PMO governance and support continuous improvement
• Participate in demand planning and resource allocation
• Support IT onboarding for acquisitions and integration projects
• Lead cross-functional teams including vendors and internal stakeholders
• Share best practices through internal knowledge-sharing forums

Education, Experience & Technical Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years’ experience in IT project delivery, ideally across multiple countries or regions
• Strong knowledge of structured IT change methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.)
• Familiarity with integration programs (especially M&A-related) and enterprise-level IT transformations is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud products, including Azure, Entra ID, M365, and Intune
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft on-premises technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, SharePoint, Exchange, and ADFS
• Understanding of networking and infrastructure
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
