- Review and assess the existing Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environment.
- Configure, maintain and optimise device configuration profiles and endpoint management policies.
- Develop, review and deploy device compliance and endpoint security policies.
- Configure enrolment settings for corporate-owned and BYOD devices.
- Support Windows Autopilot registration, profile creation and zero-touch device deployment.
- Build, package, test and deploy applications through Microsoft Intune.
- Manage Windows endpoints, corporate mobile devices and BYOD scenarios.
- Investigate and resolve failed device enrolments, deployment issues and compliance concerns.
- Support device remediation, rebuilds and re-enrolment activities.
- Review policy assignments, licensing groups and device targeting strategies.
- Configure and support Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration activities.
- Identify configuration gaps, conflicts and opportunities to simplify and improve the environment.
- Produce clear technical documentation, operational guides and handover materials.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to support a focused programme of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and security improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a Microsoft 365 Engineer who can work independently, assess existing environments, deliver technical enhancements and provide high-quality documentation and handover materials., * Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer within enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity and access management.
- Experience configuring and supporting Windows Autopilot deployments.
- Strong expertise in device compliance, endpoint security and policy management.
- Experience packaging and deploying applications using Intune.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, licensing and security services.
- Experience troubleshooting endpoint, deployment and enrolment issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage technical deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
