Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Data Insight Analyst who enjoys using data to solve business problems, uncover insights, and influence decision-making. You’ll work with large operational datasets, leveraging SQL and analytical tools to conduct deep-dive investigations, identify key performance drivers, and deliver actionable recommendations that improve business performance., * Analyse large operational datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.

Conduct deep-dive SQL analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Partner with Operational, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
Investigate performance issues, optimise processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Strong SQL skills with experience analysing large datasets.
Proven experience in a Data Analyst, Insight Analyst, BI Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar role.
Retail experience is essential.
Experience using data to drive operational and commercial improvements.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable business recommendations.
