IT Field Engineer

In this varied role, you’ll work on both support and implementation projects, taking ownership from planning through to delivery. Typical duties include:

Providing on-site fault support and resolution

Leading installation projects, from surveys to final handover

Collaborating with end users and colleagues to plan and deliver solutions

Inputting into solution design, quoting, and creating statements of work

Ensuring installations are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction

Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT support role

Networking knowledge (offline and Microsoft 365 skills essential)

Strong organisational and planning abilities

A hands-on, problem-solving approach with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
