Senior Platform Architect

As a Senior Platform Architect, you play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our software platforms and solutions. You are responsible for defining scalable, maintainable, and secure platform architectures that align with both customer requirements and business objectives. Working closely with customers, architects, engineers, and product teams, you ensure that technical solutions deliver sustainable value while balancing quality, feasibility, and innovation., * Define and drive the architecture, design, and technical direction of complex software platforms throughout the entire development lifecycle, from analysis to release

• Translate customer and business requirements into scalable, secure, and reusable platform solutions while actively challenging assumptions and identifying the best approach
• Develop high-level platform specifications with a strong focus on system integration, performance, quality, maintainability, cyber security, resilience, and scalability
• Lead architectural discussions, guide technical decision-making, and provide coaching to architects, software engineers, and platform engineers
• Ensure platform solutions avoid unnecessary complexity and are fit for purpose, balancing business value and technical excellence
• Plan, review, and supervise architecture quality, implementation quality, testing activities, and technical governance processes
• Promote reuse by defining modular architectures, reusable components, and platform capabilities that can support future products and projects
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency, software quality, architectural decision-making, and engineering productivity while actively supporting AI adoption across teams, * Drive the intersection of architecture leadership, customer engagement, and technical innovation
• Shape platform strategy while continuously enhancing software engineering processes and standards
• Empower colleagues as a mentor, trainer, and trusted advisor, fostering growth across the organization
• Champion AI adoption within engineering teams and promote the effective and responsible use of AI technologies
• Partner with customers, requirements engineers, software teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions
• Influence future product generations through reusable architectures and a long-term platform vision

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in software development, software architecture, and platform engineering, including technologies such as C, C#, Java, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments
• Expert knowledge of software architecture principles, application design, system modeling methods, and software quality assurance
• Strong understanding of system integration, cyber security, test management, and modern software development practices
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working with multiple products or platforms and designing reusable, product-oriented architectures
• Good understanding of how Artificial Intelligence can be applied effectively in software development, architecture design, automation, code quality, testing, and engineering workflows
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Software Architect or comparable qualifications are considered an advantage
