Frontend Ruby Engineer

They’re building category-defining products with millions of active users - and are now looking to grow further by hiring a Ruby on Rails Developer with incredible front end skills This is an exciting opportunity to work on both backend and frontend, leveraging tools like Stimulus, TurboStreams, TurboFrames, and Hotwire to craft seamless, high-performance user experiences used by millions worldwide. What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to refine project requirements and estimate tasks
• Develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack - backend Rails logic and dynamic, modern frontend interfaces
• Collaborate with a high-caliber engineering team (DevOps, SREs, Data Scientists) to deliver features that delight users
• Review code, contribute to PRs, and maintain code quality and performance
• Take full ownership of your work, balancing speed and craftsmanship

• 2+ years of experience as a full-stack or software engineer
• Strong recent Ruby on Rails development background
• Hands-on experience with Stimulus, TurboStreams, TurboFrames, and Hotwire
• Proven experience building and scaling large-scale products used by thousands or millions of users
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
• Self-starter attitude - you’re proactive, take ownership, and move fast
• Comfortable working on products with uncensored content (NSFW)
