Job description

  • Verwaltung von Zugriffsrechten und Benutzerkonten

Installation und Betreuung von Hardware und Software sowie Netzwerkinfrastruktur Lösung komplexer IT-Probleme über Remote-Support-Tools Bereitstellung technischer Unterstützung für Mitarbeiter bei IT-Problemen Kategorisierung und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen über das Ticketsystem

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich

Mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support Fundierte Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen und Netzwerken Erfahrung mit Support-Ticketsystemen und Remote-Tools Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit und analytisches Denkvermögen
