Job description

  • Selbstständige Terminierung mit dem Endanwender mit nachfolgender Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung vor Ort
  • Durchführung von Hardwarereparaturen sowie Neuinstallation von Geräten
  • Installation, Aufbau und Personalisierung von IT-Endgeräten
  • Dokumentation und Rückmeldung zum Arbeitsergebnis im internen Ticket-System sowie Pflege und Verwaltung der Asset-Daten

Requirements

  • ideal: Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Tasks im Active Directory
  • Kenntnisse in der Störungsbeseitigung für Windows 10
  • Hardware-Kenntnisse (Drucker, Laptop, Desktop, mobile Endgeräte)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • wenn arbeitslos: Aktueller Vermittlungsgutschein (wir helfen Ihnen dabei)
