Job description
As a Chapter Lead ERP Manufacturing & Quality, you lead and develop a team of ERP experts while ensuring the reliable operation, continuous improvement, and global service delivery of SAP Manufacturing and Quality solutions. You drive the Manufacturing and Quality workstreams of the SAP S/4HANA transformation, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to deliver strategic ERP capabilities. In this role, you balance operational excellence with digital transformation, enabling stable business operations today while shaping the ERP landscape of tomorrow. How Youâll Make an Impact
- Leadership, coaching, and development of a high-performing ERP team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Resource, capacity, and budget management, including workload planning, task prioritization, performance management, and career development of team members
- Ownership of ERP service delivery and operations, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of manufacturing and quality solutions in a global environment
- Governance of IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management in accordance with ITIL best practices and defined service levels
- Leadership of SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing and quality process streams in alignment with the IT strategy
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management to define business requirements, drive ERP process optimization, evaluate new technologies, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of extensive professional experience in IT, with a strong focus on SAP ERP systems within manufacturing and quality management environments (SAP PP, QM)
- Proven leadership experience in managing, coaching, and developing technical teams in complex IT organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in large-scale IT transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA migration and ERP modernization initiatives
- Strong competencies in leadership, governance, budgeting, vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Comprehensive knowledge of business process design, continuous improvement, agile methodologies, and SAP manufacturing and quality modules (PP, PM, QM)
