  • Manages EPIC system applications in the areas of ongoing user support/training, dictionary, maintenance, system enhancements, problem analysis, resolution and troubleshooting.
  • Works with vendors and other IT staff to coordinate hardware installation, maintain and oversee changes, corrections, enhancement to the Clinical Systems.
  • Acts as a liaison for Departments for Clinical System issues.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Hospital experience?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma required or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Healthcare field, Business Discipline, Healthcare Management, Health Information management or Information Science or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Current and valid RN License preferred.
  • 2 years work experience in a hospital setting required.
  • Clinical experience preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with physicians, hospital personnel and co-workers.
