job summary: This role will support analytics, reporting, automation, and data-driven decision support for technology capacity planning working closely with Technology leadership, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Clarity, Jira, and enterprise reporting stakeholders to improve visibility into resource capacity, demand, delivery metrics, and operational insights.
