IT Install Technician

Insight Global’s healthcare client is seeking install technicians who will be responsible for the installation and testing of these devices across various health system site wide. They will need to troubleshoot basic hardware, connectivity, and configuration issues with a new clock timekeeping system. The candidate should be able to work in collaboration with the facilities and helpdesk deployment team in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will shadow a Lead Technician during the first week to gain familiarity with installation processes, system standards, workflows, and site-specific requirements.

• General computer knowledge and familiarity with hardware components, operating systems, and peripheral devices.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to travel between multiple sites throughout the health system.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• High School Diploma * Experience on a previous OS upgrade or deployment project preferred.
