Job description

  • Betreuung und Support von IT-Anwender:innen bei technischen Problemen
  • Analyse und Lösung von Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Abteilungen zur Problembehebung
  • Durchführung von Schulungen für Anwender:innen zu neuen Systemen oder Updates
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Hardware- und Softwarelösungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Fachinformatiker:in) oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support, insbesondere im Second-Level-Support wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-Betriebssystemen sowie Office-Anwendungen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardwarekomponenten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
