Senior Business Systems Manager

• Relocation assistance considered on a case-by-case basis, * Lead cross-functional process-discovery sessions to document and evaluate current workflows
• Partner with departments across the organization to understand operational challenges and system needs
• Design and implement future-state processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility
• Translate business needs into clear ERP requirements
• Lead system and process-improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation
• Create workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and supporting process documentation
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools
• Analyze business and operational data using SQL and relational databases
• Support ERP users and help resolve system, process, and data-related issues
• Mentor junior analysts and help strengthen systems knowledge throughout the organization

This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship., * Five or more years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP systems, business process improvement, or a related area

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Experience translating business needs into ERP functional requirements
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or a similar platform
• Experience evaluating workflows and identifying process improvements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects involving both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Ability to work onsite in Aiken, South Carolina
• Manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or operational systems experience is preferred
• Experience with Odoo or another comparable ERP system is preferred
• Knowledge of Python, HTML, or REST APIs is a plus
