Job description

Directs and manages the organization’s Information Systems and ERP operations, overseeing system administration, data management, reporting, and process improvements. Provides leadership to the teams to ensure technology solutions effectively support business objectives and operational efficiency., * Consults with management to analyze computer system needs for management information and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss systems capacity and equipment acquisitions.

  • Recommends and develops plans for systems development and operations; and hardware and software purchases.
  • Manages the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.
  • Develops, implements, and monitors management information systems policies and controls the ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.
  • Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenace of software programs and hardware.
  • Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
  • Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, manfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems.
  • Keep up to date of new development in computer hardware, software, data management techniques, and general business and manufacturing systems.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Manufacturing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of ERP administration, business systems analysis, manufacturing operations knowledge, and hands-on IT support experience.

Work Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Sponsorship for employment visas, including current or future visa transfers, is not available for this position., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ERP implementation, optimization, administration, or business systems management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, purchasing, production planning, and order management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EPCOR ERP or similar manufacturing ERP systems.
  • Manufacturing, converting, packaging, printing, or industrial production experience.
  • SQL, reporting, database management, or business intelligence experience.
  • Experience leading ERP improvement or optimization projects.
