Job description
- Lead the architecture strategy, roadmap, and modernization of Oracle MICROS Simphony platforms.
- Architect solutions across Simphony POS, Inventory, Menu Management, Loyalty, Digital Ordering, Kitchen/BOH, and restaurant technology ecosystems.
- Design integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, Supply Chain, Analytics, Digital Commerce, Loyalty, Payments, and third-party platforms.
- Develop API-first architectures using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware.
- Lead global rollouts, enterprise transformations, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Establish architecture standards, governance, security, scalability, and integration best practices.
- Partner with C-suite and executive stakeholders to define technology strategy and investment priorities.
- Lead architecture teams and mentor architects, consultants, and engineers.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, pre-sales, GTM, account growth, and strategic deal pursuits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of enterprise technology experience with 10+ years of Oracle MICROS Simphony architecture/implementation leadership.
- Strong expertise in Simphony POS, Inventory, Menu, Loyalty, Digital Ordering, and BOH.
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, QSR, or food service environments.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, APIs, enterprise integrations, and middleware.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Proven experience leading global architecture and large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, governance, and vendor management skills.
- Pre-sales/GTM and RFP/RFI experience required.
- Oracle MICROS Simphony certification and Oracle Fusion/Retail experience preferred.
