Job description

Location: Candidates must be located within 60 miles of Austin, Boston, Charlotte, Cincinnati/Dayton, Columbus (Westerville), Detroit (Southfield), Los Angeles, Miami, Orlando, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Phoenix (Scottsdale), Seattle (Bellevue), or Washington, DC. What’s the Job?

  • Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of Simphony Inventory capabilities across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Partner with business, culinary, and operations teams to translate complex restaurant requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  • Oversee integrations between Oracle MICROS Simphony, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, and analytics platforms to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage the inventory workstream from planning and backlog management through solution delivery and deployment.
  • Validate recipe costs, ingredient yields, and cost rollups during pilots and rollout phases to ensure accuracy and efficiency. What’s Needed?

Requirements

Our client is seeking an Oracle Simphony Inventory Lead to join their team. As an Oracle Simphony Inventory Lead, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting multi-unit restaurant transformations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization., + 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant or QSR technology, particularly with inventory, POS, or menu/recipe systems.

  • Hands-on expertise with Simphony Inventory and recipe costing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of back-of-house (BOH) processes including ingredient management, recipe costing, yields, and waste management.
  • Experience delivering solutions in Agile or SAFe environments with multi-unit restaurant rollouts.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, and API/middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
