Job description

  • PersĂśnliche IT-UnterstĂźtzung fĂźr Mitarbeitende bei technischen Herausforderungen vor Ort
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Austausch von Endgeräten wie PCs, Notebooks, Bildschirmen und Druckern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einrichtung und Anpassung von Software sowie Betriebssystemen
  • Technische Betreuung von Besprechungsräumen inklusive Präsentationsausstattung
  • DurchfĂźhrung einfacher Netzwerk- und Verkabelungstätigkeiten
  • Erfassung und Nachverfolgung von IT-Vorfällen im Ticketsystem
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit dem zentralen IT-Team sowie weiteren Abteilungen

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in fĂźr Systemintegration) oder fundierte praktische Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Systemen, Microsoft Office sowie gängiger IT-Hardware
  • Basiswissen in Netzwerkinfrastrukturen, insbesondere IP-Adressierung, DHCP und DNS
  • Eigenverantwortliche, gut organisierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Aufgeschlossenes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Kontakt mit Anwendern
