Job description

As the Recruiting Operations Supervisor, you will lead the execution and alignment of recruiting and staffing efforts. You’ll oversee a team of Recruiting Coordinators and Specialists, ensuring day-to-day hiring runs smoothly while also supporting broader workforce planning and staffing strategy., * Lead and develop a team supporting recruiting and staffing operations, including hiring, performance management, and coaching

  • Partner with Recruiting and business leaders to align hiring activity and staffing plans to business demand
  • Analyze hiring and staffing data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making
  • Evaluate and enhance recruiting, selection, and staffing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure accurate candidate tracking, dispositioning, and compliance with all applicable guidelines and laws
  • Support broader staffing initiatives and operational priorities as needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder engagement?, * Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Customer-service mindset with ability to work cross-functionally
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SQL/PBI a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-directed problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
