Job description
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Workday HCM.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules and business processes.
- Build and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Support compensation and performance management cycles within Workday.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Conduct HRIS audits and maintain strong data governance practices.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders on system enhancements and workflow improvements.
- Lead system enhancements through the full lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Evaluate new Workday features and recommend process improvements based on business needs.
- Support enterprise reporting initiatives and provide insights that inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 to 3 years of HRIS experience, or 5+ years of dedicated HRIS experience within an HR environment.
- Strong Workday HCM configuration experience required.
- Experience building advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Experience with Workday security configuration.
- Experience with HR data governance, system audits, and data integrity practices.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders.
- Experience supporting compensation and performance cycles within Workday.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, workflows, and organizational structure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
