Job description

  • Configure vendor onboarding, risk assessment, due diligence, and remediation workflows.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Audit, Security, and Technology teams.
  • Build integrations with internal and external vendor risk systems.
  • Design workflows aligned with regulatory and enterprise risk requirements.
  • Support platform architecture and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Manage upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
  • Create dashboards, reports, metrics, and risk insights.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC, change management, and control standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow TPRM or Vendor Risk Management.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Proven experience developing and supporting REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Experience working within large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
  • Familiarity with Third-Party Risk, Vendor Management, Procurement, Compliance, or Audit functions.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor risk lifecycle and governance processes.
